As an attorney, I know full well how much people rely upon me to advocate for them and to protect them. As the purchaser of insurance, I also know that not every broker’s service continues past the sale. My Role at Benefit Partners I work with the Benefit Partners team, our clients, and insurance carriers on new group implementation and the client renewal process. I also help solve administrative issues, resolve claim problems, and tackle day-to-day employee benefits questions. In addition, I work on special projects including client newsletters, tracking compliance-related items, and planning client events. How I Got Here My experience with health insurance and employee benefits began in 2002 with one of the local health insurance carriers. I held various positions, including account management and supervisory positions, and gained experience in client relationships, client communication, and team management. In 2009, I moved to the agency side joining Steve Tagmyer and Client First Group, Inc. I have developed relationships with our valued clients and all the local insurance companies, and I am thrilled to be part of the Benefit Partners team. What I Love About My Job I love working with people, solving problems, and helping our clients navigate the confusing world of employee benefits.
