My Role at Benefit Partners

One of the founders of Benefit Partners LLC, I currently serve Benefit Partners LLC in an advisory capacity.

How I Got Here

My career began in public accounting. After leaving public accounting, I served in various management positions, including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and President, as well as serving on various Boards of Directors. In 1998 Cliff Bailey and I discovered that combined we brought different strengths to our clients and that we could serve our clients much better by coming together, so we formed Benefit Partners LLC.

What I Love About My Job

I enjoy negotiating with the insurance carriers to get the best possible outcome for our clients, including designing functional benefit plans. In the end, the best part of the job is building strong, trusting, and lasting relationships with those we serve.
