How I Got Here

I began my insurance career after graduating from the University of Oregon. My expertise evolved, as I implemented income replacement programs working with the healthcare sector, medical professionals, and business owners.

In 1984, I established Fraser and Associates and developed an extensive employee benefits practice, while continuing my focus on the professional and healthcare sector. This practice includes extensive planning in income replacement strategies, in addition to traditional core benefits for active employees and retirees. In 1999, I embraced the synergistic opportunity for Fraser and Associates to become a member of Benefit Partners, LLC so that our combined talents could be maximized.

What I Love About My Job

Advocating for our clients is the most rewarding aspect of the work I do. When first learning about the insurance industry, the selling process was emphasized, but I quickly learned the most important process is learning how to assist clients in the claim process. The promise to pay is paramount, and when there is a claim, my job is to be there.

Hobbies & Interests

I avidly follow University of Oregon Duck sports and enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities, including cycling, skiing, hiking, walking, etc. Most importantly, I relish every minute I get to spend with my large extended family.
