Benefit Partners LLC Announces Merger Plans

Bruce Fraser, Managing Partner, is pleased to announce that November 1, 2011 marks the beginning of a new era for Benefit Partners LLC.; a planned merger between Benefit Partners LLC and Client First Group, Inc. begins to take shape.
Steve Tagmyer, owner of Client First Group, Inc. has been working with the Benefit Partners team since June of 2010 in a variety of capacities. Over the last year it has become clear the combining the two practices result in synergy and a win – win – win scenario for the firms and their respective clients and the carriers represented.
Due to a variety of factors, the merger will take place over the next 16 to 18 months, when it is expected that both firms will operate as Benefit Partners LLC.
